Teleheatlh visits are available Dr. Lynn Matcha practices Nephrology and Hypertension in St. Petersburg, Florida. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine, fellowship in Nephrology and Clinical Hypertension from Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia. She is Board certified in Internal medicine, Nephrology and Clinical Hypertension and has been in practice since 2004. She worked for the Ochsner and Clinic Health System, a multispecialty healthcare facility for five years, practicing all aspects of Nephrology. Dr. Matcha has been practicing Nephrology and Clinical Hypertension in St. Petersburg since 2009. Dr. Matcha is especially interested in providing care for patients with chronic kidney disease, diabetic nephrology, resistant hypertension, anemia, bone and mineral disorders. She provides care for patients on hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, home dialysis, nocturnal dialysis as well as kidney transplant recipients. Dr. Matcha enjoys teaching; she received the "Dr Lynne Feaster Award for the Best Medicine Teaching Attending of the Year" in 2009-2010 from the Bayfront Medical Center, where she is on faculty for the Family Practice residency Program.
